冷静に読むと「“流星が一回転していく”って何？」とか突っ込みたくなるのですが、でも師匠の台詞はかっこいいよね。

"The Charwoman's Shadow"の原文を調べてみたら、当該箇所は"the hour of the return of the comet"でした。従って「流星」は誤訳で、正しくは「彗星」のはず。
