突撃艦は非力なんだ。
Assault ships aren't powerful.

大型艦相手だと、こういう戦い方しかできない。
This is the only way we can fight against a ship like that.

ジント
そうでした。すみません、艦長。
You're right. I'm sorry, Captain.

ラフィール
せめて、あと一撃で…
We could finish it in one shot.

アトスリュア
全艦離脱よ、バースロイル。
Basroll, all ships are to retreat.

せっかく戻ってきてくれたのに、悪いわね。

アトスリア百翔長が？

断ろうかと思うんだけど…
I was thinking of turning it down.

ラフィール
なぜ断る。
Why turn it down?

私はいくぞ。
I'm going.

もちろん、そなたも行くであろう。
You will be coming, too, won't you?

ジント
でも、あの男爵の誕生日だよ。
But it's to celebrate the baron's birthday!

ラフィール
今では、前男爵だ。
You mean the late baron.

ジント
あぁ、そうか。

What happens if no one remembers you after you die?

まぁね。
I guess so.

ラフィール
だから、生きてる間に死者の誕生日を祝うつどいには加わるようにするんだ。
So, while we're still alive I think it's good to take time to remember those who died.

そうすれば、自分がいなくなっても、誰かが覚えてくれるような気がするであろう。
That way, maybe when it's our turn to go, someone might return the favor and remember us.

ジント
そんなものかな？
I guess so.

まぁ、僕の場合、死んでから何年たっても悲しんでくれるような人間なんていないから、いいか。
Well..in my case, even years after I die, I don't think there's anyone who's going to miss me.

これで、残る重大問題はひとつです。
But there's just one problem remaining.

何でしょう？
And what's that?

そなたといきさつがあったのが、ネレースさんか、ネーフェーさんか、という問題です。
I still don't know which one. Was it Nereis or was it Nefee?

まさか、両方ということは無いでしょうね？
